1. You are in control of what you feel, how you respond, and how far you are willing to let people treat you. One of my favorite quotes is from Cinderella which states, "Have Courage and Be Kind". It takes courage to take care of yourself. It takes bravery to stand up and set limits.
2. Surround yourself with successful people. The truth is that your tribe affects your vibe. Whoever you surround yourself with, your mind will begin to adapt to those characteristics. Make sure it is healthy and uplifting if you can control it. If you can't control it, change your attitude about it.
3. Create good habits. It takes 66 days for a habit to become automatic. When good habits are formed, it can strengthen your work ethic, communication skills, and help build healthier relationships.
4. Get rid of toxicity. We are surrounded in world of those who make themselves a victim of everything. They release negative vibes constantly. Happy people realize the best in any situation. Don't surround yourself with people who are always miserable.
5. Take care of yourself. Our bodies need rest. After a long week of work, your mind needs to rejuvenate. Even machines need breaks and fixed parts to run accurately.
