5 Ways To Get Your Life In Gear
Funn Junk

There is always another level of greatness in your life! All you need is a little better management! Here are five ways to get your life in gear!

1. Ask yourself why you need to get your life in balance!

What exactly would balance mean to you? Can you describe what balance would feel like? Define what greatness means to you in order to achieve it!

2. Remove Distractions!

Most people are just distracted. TV, internet and social networks take away hours of your time, which adds to hours per week and years of life gone. A little Netflix and gaming is okay for you, but not ALL the time! So, get rid of those things that aren’t adding real value to your success.

3. Say "No!" every once in a while!

Every yes leaves you tight time spots to accomplish what you need to accomplish. If you lose hours of your life pleasing people, then your life quickly goes out of wack. Learn to say no and do not apologize for it.

4. Be Punctual!

When you say you’re going to spend an hour meeting someone, but you spend 75 minutes, there’s 15 minutes overflowed. The more you go too long on your meetings, phone calls or promises, the more you lose time. Set a time and stick to it. That’s integrity and discipline.

5. Be Healthy!

If you want to get your life in gear, then invest in your well-being. Sleep well, eat right, and be active so that you can be more focused during the day. If you feel more physically energized each day, you’ll be much more productive.

Try all these things and I promise you will notice change! It's how I got to be a writer today! Thanks for the read and remember to stay awesome!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
