Finals week is quickly approaching. The tests, papers, group projects, and presentations seem to be taking over your entire life, one by one. You just keep asking yourself how you are going to accomplish it all. Don't worry -- you will. There are ways to make the best of this highly stressful time.
1. Make a schedule for yourself.
Good time management allows for the least stress and the greatest success. Make a to-do list, and then make a schedule of when you are going to complete everything you have to do. Remember to stick to the schedule!
2. Stay well fed and hydrated.
Don't neglect the importance of taking care of yourself during this stressful time. Eat plenty of good, healthy food and drink a lot of water!
3. Don't become a member of the procrastination nation!
Hint: Put your phone across the room if you have to.
4. Still, allow yourself to enjoy the last few weeks of the semester.
Make sure you pencil in some time to spend with your friends, enjoy the nice weather, and have fun. You'll go crazy if you spend every waking moment doing work, so make sure you allow yourself some break time.
5. Do your absolute best and there will be no regrets.
