College can be stressful, and adding a relationship to that mix is a whole 'nother level. Honestly props to you for being able to handle school, possibly work, a social life and a significant other (SO).

Sometimes as a couple you’ll mess things up and as the pictured meme states .you are both human and neither person is perfect. There are going to be ups and downs, and both of you are going to get things wrong.

Before we get into the tips let’s talk about the 5 love languages; words of affirmation, acts of service, receiving gifts, quality time and physical touch. I can not stress how important these are. It can only do you good if you study these languages of love and find out what your SO likes best. Click here for more information.

You may not know exactly what love language your SO ranks highest in or you may not even have time to figure that out. If that’s the case, I would advise you try a few of the listed options just to be safe.

1. Write something down; a poem, a note, a song, an apology or even a great memory you have with your SO. It’s fun and eye opening to hear what’s going on in each other's heads and for some people that can be best expressed through pen and paper.

2. Make your SO dinner. The way to a man’s heart, or anyone’s really, is food. Make a dish that you know how to cook so it tastes good. Put a little bit of effort in though, if you are envisioning a big bowl of easy mac you need to try a little harder. If you can’t cook, plan a night to cook a dish together.

3. Get your SO flowers. Some may argue this is old fashioned, but what’s wrong with that exactly? Make sure your SO doesn’t have allergies to your bouquet though because that might backfire a little.

4. Plan a date. Your SO will see the time and effort you put into making a date for the two of you to spend some quality time together. The date doesn’t need to break the bank, try a walk in the park a picnic, or a cozy movie night.

5. Hugs, kisses, hand holding, and other. I’m not just talking about bow chica wow wow. Give your SO a massage. Not only will this help destress the situation but this is a great opportunity to talk.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
