Living with your best friends is equal parts insane and wonderful. From coming home at 3 a.m. and passing out on the couch waiting for the pizza you ordered, to coming home from a long day at work to tea being made for you, living with the people that you call your best friends is such a blessing. If you're lucky enough to live with your best friends, you have probably shared these experiences:
1. They always know when something is wrong.
When you aren't acting like yourself, your roommates are going to notice. They're going to ask what's wrong, who did what to you, and whether you need wine, ice cream, or both.
2. There's a strict open-door policy.

3. They will never judge you.
This is not only because they love you, but also because they have no ground to stand on judging you. From having to sleep on your neighbors couch because one of you lost your keys (true story), to making arguably very regrettable decisions when you leave the house, to eating potentially poisonous food rather than going grocery shopping and from honestly believing that wine glasses were built the way they were so you can fill them to the brim, you all bring something judge-worthy to the table. Luckily, you just laugh it off instead.
4. They're always there for you.
They know that an SOS text means that you need to meet at "your spot," ASAP, with drinks ready.
5. You're pretty sure that they're your soulmates.
There have already been plans made to live together way past the normal time to have roommates. You needs a significant other when you have each other?
I am so grateful to come home to these girls every day. They make me laugh, they help me when I'm feeling down, they give me guidance (really, it's like the blind leading the blind) and they always make room for me on the couch. Really, what more could you need?
