If you find yourself busy and tired all the time, it is especially easy to put your own health on the back-burner. You may be so invested in your work and education that you forget to take care of yourself and your own needs and wants. To combat this unhealthy habit I often partake in, I have created a list of five things that am going to start doing NOW.

1. Drink More Water

This is so hard for me, because I absolutely love soft drinks. Despite this, I need to start easing myself off of them for my own good.

2. Have A Skin Care Routine

Yes, I wash my face every day, but I want to put more effort into taking care of my skin. I am going to try to do facial masks weekly, and I want to create a consistent system in order to keep my skin as healthy as possible.

3. Go To The Gym

Lately, I have been feeling tired and bloated. I believe that going to the gym will help with some of the problems that I have been having, and will also help me gain some muscle. Additionally, working out is a great stress reliever.

4. Try Out A New Hairstyle

This one is a little different than the rest, but is something that I want to work on. Now that my hair is growing out, I want to use it to express my individuality and creativity. I want to style my hair so that it compliments the rest of my style.

5. Wear Clothes That Make Me Feel Good

When you are wearing clothes that you look good in, you feel good. That's just a fact. I want my clothing to express the vibrant and happy person that I am.

I believe that all of these things, especially in combination, can make anyone feel better and more energized. Prepare to feel amazing!

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
