1. You are always tired.
No matter how much sleep you get, or how little sleep you get, you constantly feel exhausted. Those 8:00 a.m.s, 9:00 a.m.s, and even 10:00 a.m.s, are just too early for you, and you know waking up for them will only lead to a long, tiring day. You look for any period of time during your day to take a nap, even if it's 15 minutes in between your classes. However, no amount of sleep will help you from feeling tired, and that's just something you've accepted at this point.
2. You are always broke.
You have come to learn how to survive with only a few dollars in your bank account. And the times you do get money, either from working or from your parents, it seems to disappear quicker than ever, despite trying to save it.
3. You are always unsatisfied after you eat a meal at your cafeteria.
As an underclassman you very often eat at the cafeteria. Unless you decide to starve yourself for some meals, I really don't blame you. Sometimes the cafe food is just plain gross, and there seems to never be a time you are fully satisfied after eating there. But, admit it, when you go home for breaks, one of the biggest reasons you are so excited is because you know you get to eat a home cooked meal.
4. You are always in a rush.
You're late for class, finishing a paper minutes before it's due, rushing back to your room because you forgot something. Things just seem to be one big rush for you, but it is not something that is out of the norm. However, you do wish things would slow down a bit so you could take a breather and relax.
5. You are always asking yourself questions.
"What am I going to do with my life after college?" "I picked a major, but what do I even want to do with it in the future?" "When is this paper due?" "Will this be on the exam?" "What on earth is that girl wearing?" "Who are you?" You ask yourself a lot of questions. A lot.
