STEP 1.
Go for a walk.
Release all of that bad energy by going for a walk or jog. It seriously helps release happy vibes.
STEP 2.
Take a long bath/shower.
Nothing better then coming home from a bad day, lighting some candles and soaking in the tub.
STEP 3.
Make yourself some tea.
Steam up your favourite tea...and If your not a tea drinker get yourself something that calms you down and enjoy it. The point is to calm your nerves and relax.
Step 4.
Watch a movie or read a book.
Take a hour or two and watch a classic comedy or read your Favourite book.
STEP 5.
Go to bed.
Go to sleep a little earlier so that you get good rest and wake up energised so that your next day is better then the day before.
