Don't judge.

Makeup, the best thing in the world or the worst thing in the world it just depends on the person you are. I love makeup and maybe you do to. Below is a list of signs to help you diagnose your addiction but it's okay if you don't get help for it.

1. How Long Does It Take To Do Your Makeup?

If it takes you 5 to 10 minutes you are a normal healthy person but if it takes you 20 minutes for your "natural look" or 45 minutes and possibly more for your "unnatural look" then you are probably addicted to makeup and it's okay because you can't rush beauty.

2. How Many Products Do You Wear Daily?

If you wear about 3-5 products a day you are probably in the right zone but if you wear 7 or more on a regular basis you may have an addiction to makeup and all of its wonders. It is fun being able to manipulate your face I know.

3. Makeup Is Your Downtime

If you think Jaclyn Hill, Manny MUA, and Kathleenlights are your closest friends like I do then you probably are a makeup junkie. Do the associates at Sephora or M.A.C know you when you walk in? Probably a makeup junkie. It's okay I understand you need to know about all the new products coming out and they are the only people you trust.

4. You Own 7 of The Same Products.

I know you need all 12 of those nude lipsticks, 9 of those taupe transition eye shadows, and 4 lengthening mascaras, I understand, but there are some people out there that don't understand us. The judge us for having so many eye shadow pallets that have the same colors in them but what they don't know is that they are a little bit different from the formula to finish and even the slight color difference. So you go girl keep stocking up.

5. Do You Have A Dedicated Space For Your Makeup?

Do you have an entire area just for makeup that nothing else can touch? Well, then you may be addicted to makeup. You treat your makeup like it is a living breathing thing and deserves it's own beautifully decorated area.

Don't judge those addicted to makeup. Makeup is an art form. You can manipulate the face and paint with beautiful bright colors. Whether you are a male, female, nonmakeup lover, sort of makeup lover, or hardcore makeup lover makeup is always there. Makeup doesn't discriminate and helps you enhance your natural beauty and give you a boost of self-confidence. So to all my makeup addicts out there keep doing what you're doing.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
