1.The Assurance
This person should have the ability to make you smile and laugh regardless of how much of a bad day either one of you have had. They ALWAYS remind you that all pain is temporary.. And even if it's not, they are there with you every step of the way until everything actually IS okay.
2.The Randomness
This part of our friendship is what I live for. Thank you for inviting me on frequent food, ice cream, shopping, and smoothie dates. It was during these times when I remembered exactly why you are my person in the first place.
3.The Selflessness
Thank you for always being willing to do whatever for me. Whether it was a 3 am ride, I time a needed something and had no clue how to get it, or anything in between.. You've never thought twice about giving me your very last.
4.The Times That We've Laughed Until We Cried
Genuine smiles, laughs, and an endless amount of goofiness. Rap and dance battles, pushing you off of the bed, and being a nuisance has been so much fun over the last few years. I am not too sure how I will survive in college without these things on a daily basis since they have the ability to turn my day from terrible to excellent.
5.The Support
Thank you for being there for every single one of my accomplishments and events - whether big or small. From birthdays, cheerleading competitions and step shows-- now to academic awards, senior banquets, and one of the biggest milestones in my life: High School Graduation. You have been there every step of the way and I could not be any more grateful to have a person like you in my life. I don't know how I could ever repay or thank you enough for all of these things.
If everyone hasn't guessed who I am talking about by now, it's my uncle- Bryant Tyson. This guy is seriously one of the most creative, kindhearted, and talented people I have ever met. Thank you for taking all of my pictures over the last few years and never complaining no matter how much I stress you out (Who am I kidding lol). I figured that the least I could do is dedicate a blog post to you since you are one of the reasons I started blogging anyway. I love you so much BJ. You are seriously the best uncle, male role model, and fill-in dad ever. I will miss tremendously once I leave for college. Please consider moving closer to Greensboro or at least visiting as much as you can.
