5 Photography Apps You Must Have

The art of photo editing has evolved over the years whether you used to edit your photos on Pic Monkey or Photoshop you probably don't use that as much anymore unless there's an app on your phone for it. Everybody loves to take pictures and to make them look better and prettier. Here are a few of my favorite editing and social media photography apps!

1. Afterlight (99¢)


Afterlight has tons of beautiful filters to put on your photos you can also edit the brightness, contrast, saturation, you name it you can do it on this app. If you're going to buy an app from the App Store this one should be on the you buy.

2. VSCO Cam (Free)

Is very similar in concept to Instagram where you can post your pictures and follow people but I find this app to be the place where you post the pictures you wouldn't on Instagram. There's a multitude of filters and different editing tools to use as well.

3. Pic Collage (Free)

This is my favorite app to make collages for people's birthdays or of my day or whatever it may be. You can add so many photos into a collage you're able to rearrange them how every you want!

4. Facetune ($3.99)

This photo editing app is a little on the pricey side and to be completely honest I bought it when it was on sale. With this app you can fix red eye (and white eye which doesn't usually get fixed by edit in your camera roll), you can blur (which comes in handy if you have a pimple), you can even whiten your teeth!

5. Instagram (Free)

As obvious as this may sound but this is an app everyone should own! This is definitely one of the most popular social media apps out there and it's all based around pictures!! If you don't have it you're missing out, plus it's free so download it today!
