Hey everybody, I'm Guy Fieri and we're rollin' out looking for America's greatest diners, drive- ins, and dives. Just kidding. This isn't Guy Fieri and this isn't Triple D. Sorry to disappoint many, though we still will be "rollin" out for South Florida's best eats. Within our diverse South Florida culture, there is an array of restaurants lined up encompassing various ethnicities and cultures. In our amazing area, there are incredible chefs who are able to create authentic foods to immerse us, the eaters, into their respective culture. By diving into extreme tastes, you might forget where you are for awhile and imagine that you are sitting at table in Venice eating family-style with your friends when you don't even have to leave the state.

With many mouthwatering options to choose from, I have created a list of seven delectable resturants around South Florida that will awe you with taste and stuff your stomachs with more than it can handle.

1. Relish and More

Located in Boca, Relish and More is a local favorite among many. Relish gives you the full burger experience. Giving you an extremely large selection of "create your own burger" combinations, there are over a thousand options! Though you may think the main attraction is the main course, you are greatly mistaken. Relish and More draws attention from many due to their rich shakes. Ranging from Oreo, to cookie dough, these shakes do not disappoint!

2. New York Grilled Cheese Co.

This trending restaurant is exactly what it seems; a menu dedicated to the iconic staple food that has been made in households for generations. NY Grilled Cheese transforms an ordinary recipe to a gourmet extravaganza that they have down to a science with various spin-offs from the original sandwich. Wow, I didn't realize how good grilled cheese could be! This unique find has locations in Boca and Wilton Manors.

3. Jaxon's Ice Cream Parlor and Restaurant

This is an all time favorite! As an ice cream parlor opened in 1956, it has always been a hot spot to enjoy creamy goodness for 60 years. Since the opening of Jaxon's, all ice cream and whip cream has always been homemade and like heaven on Earth! Located in Dania Beach, all servings are enormous, especially the Kitchen Sink. As a change friends and family are able to dive into ice cream galore that is actually served to you in a kitchen sink. You will defiantly leave here with a brain freeze, but it is definitely worth it!

4. Le Tub Saloon

This saloon in Hollywood has been impressing people with their enormous burgers and fresh seafood. It is a typical South Florida dive with a Key West vibe. With a relaxed and causal atmosphere, all that you're missing is the sand between your toes. Though it may not look like much from the outside, its whats within the food that matters, and you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu!

5. Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar

Rocco Tacos is a personal favorite! Having locations in Fort Lauderdale and Boca, this awesome Mexican restaurant has it all! With a wide range of authentic Mexican Cuisine, Rocco's Tacos is the perfect plan for a get together. Rocco's is best known for their extravagant table-side guacamole in which the server makes it fresh right in front of it. It is not only entertaining to watch, but it is also makes my mouth water at the thought of it.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
