Who doesn't love a good romantic movie? Whether you're in need of a good cry or a good laugh, these movies will answer. Get yourself a comfy blanket, some popcorn, and hunker down with one of these romances.

1. "Populaire"

Nothing says romance like the French language! This vintage-esque foreign movie will excite you, as well as make you swoon. The film centers around a young woman, Miss Pamphyle, who dreams of being a city secretary. When Miss Pamphyle shows off her amazing typing skill to her ever handsome boss, he coaches her into entering speed typing contests. Sweet and beautiful, "Populaire" will make you long for the gorgeous fashion of the 1950s!

2. "Schlussmacher"

If you're searching for a comedy, this is the movie for you. "Schlussmacher" is both hilarious and heartwarming in equal parts. Paul is a romantically stunted "break-up man." He makes a living by breaking up couples, but when he tries to break up Toto and his girlfriend, he may have met his match. Who says German can't be a funny language?

3. "Miss Pettigrew Lives For a Day"

Miss Pettigrew is a nanny in the 1920's, and a bad one at that. After being fired, she schemes her way into the home of an actress in need of an assistant. Miss Pettigrew is whisked away into a world of high fashion and glamour, where she meets Joe, a lingerie designer. "Miss Pettigrew Lives For a Day" has everything you could want in a romance movie. Musical numbers, gal pals, and fantastic acting!

4. "In Your Eyes"

If you're in the mood for a bit of a more serious romance, give "In Your Eyes" a try. Becky, who is married to a neglectful doctor, finds herself with a psychic connection with Dylan, an ex-con. The two are able to see what the other sees, as well as speak to them in their mind. As the two bond, Becky's relationship with her husband seems to worsen. Can Becky and Dylan sail off into the sunset together, or is life more complicated?

5. "Seeking a Friend For The End of The World"

Prepare to cry your eyes out, folks. Dodge, played by Steve Carrell, is facing the end of times when he decides to find his old sweetheart. His neighbor, Penny, joins him on his journey, while trying to get to her family. "Seeking a Friend For The End of The World"is funny and dark at times, but is seriously worth a watch. Grab the tissues, everybody!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
