Being a student with a tight budget is not always fun, but you don't have to limit yourself. In a city so big like LA, there are tons of adventures to take that won't break your bank account. It is nice to go out on an adventure or two to stay sane, while in school. It is very important to go out and explore the city and what it has to offer don't just be stuck in your apartment all day hiding under a textbook or projects. There are so many amazing places to go and visit that won't hurt your wallet. As you take a break from your books to read this article I hope you find things you and your friends and family could enjoy together.
1. The Getty Center
Free admission -- can't get any better than that! All you have to worry about is a parking fee which is $15 per car. You can carpool with friends or take the metro down to the Getty. They have absolutely beautiful views of LA and European art that will inspire you.

2. Venice Beach
What a fun way to get to know LA, from beautiful beaches and entertainment this walk down the beach is a perfect get your mind off of your studies. From great local shops to people performing on the boardwalk, you will be amazed at all the activities it has to offer you can bring your skateboard, rollerskates, bike, and even work out at the beach. There is always some fun activities for all ages.
3. Runyon Hike
If you are more into nature a nice hike on Runyon will do you good. You will
experience amazing views you will be able to see Los Angeles from a different perspective, get a nice workout and see fabulous views of our city.

4. The Broad
One of the newest museums in Los Angeles, if you do not have a reservation ticket be ready to wait in line to go in. Once you go inside you will find out the wait was so worth it.

5. Greystone Mansion
Find out one of the most popular mansion's in Beverly Hills where a lot of Hollywood movies have been filled. This gorgeous home is spectacular you will feel like you are part of the Beverly Hills neighborhood. I had so much fun visiting this mansion, when later our tour guide mentioned parts of the mansion has had visitors meaning (ghosts)! Yikes...that did not stop us from having a great Greystone Mansion experience, it was absolutely beautiful home.
