Too often I get stuck with figuring out what to watch on Netflix, as I'm sure most people do. Most of the time I just resort to watching shows that I've already watched to completion 100 times. When I eventually get tired of doing that, I can now quote every Stranger Things episode verbatim, thank you very much, I start looking through the movies. Now I am definitely a self proclaimed cinephile, I just find it easier to sit through and binge watch a show. Nevertheless, here are a few great films I suggest all of you watch.

1. Stuck In Love

Who doesn't want to look at Logan Lerman and Nat Wolff? This cast is amazing. Not to mention the soundtrack is great, featuring songs from the Bright Eyes and Elliott Smith.

2. Adult World

Evan Peters. That's all I need to say.

3. 6 Years

Starring Taissa Farmiga from AHS, this indie movie is perfect for anyone who has been in a serious relationship as a young adult.

4. The Fundamentals Of Caring

To preface, this movie does have Selena Gomez, but do not write it off as a hard pass because of that. Paul Rudd and Craig Roberts are worth the watch. Heartbreaking and hilarious.

5. St. Vincent

Bill Murray and Melissa McCarthy, enough said.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
