5 HGTV Shows to Watch This Winter Break

One of my favorite ways to spend my Friday nights is catching up on some of my favorite shows such as "Love it or List it," or "Fixer Upper." This is just a short list of home improvement shows that have made it to the top of my priority "watch" list.

House Hunters

If you're like me and enjoy touring homes for fun, this may be a show you'd enjoy.

House Hunters International


Just like the OG "House Hunters" but this time taking place all around the world. I enjoy watching this show to get a glimpse at various home designs in other countries.

Property Brothers

Two twin brothers team up to find couples and make their dream homes a reality. Like Fixer Upper, the twins take on houses in dire need of renovation for transformation

Fixer Upper

This is by far my favorite show I spend my time watching. I love watching even the crummiest of houses be transformed into something beautiful, plus Chip and Joanna Gaines are hilarious to watch.

Love It or List It

This show focuses on couples who are stuck between finding a new home or renovating the one they're in. Hilary Farr manages the renovation of the current house to try and encourage the couple to stay, while David Visentin shows the couple's houses that match their wish list for a new home.
