3. Happy Herbivore

Not only does Lindsay have a blog stuffed full of free yumminess, she also the author of several recipe books. All of her recipes are completely oil-free, meaning you could totally eat an entire batch of Hawaiian Chickpea Teriyaki without any guilt!


4. Chocolate Covered Katie

As her blog title suggests, Katie specalizes in desserts. She's been featured on CNN, Fox, The Huffington Post, ABC's 5'oclock News, and The Odyssey (No need to thank me, Katie.) Her motto is "Eat dessert everyday." Don't forget to check out her savory dishes too! Isa puts together hearty, satisfying meals while sticking to (primarily) whole, unprocessed foods. Be sure to check out the Mushroom Stout Pie with Potato Biscuits and the Stonefruit and Lentil Salad with Creamy Mustard Vinegarette.
