If you are looking to destress and preserve the health of your hair, you have come across the right article. Taking care of your hair can be difficult due to a lack of easy to use products that can save you time, energy and most importantly your hair! Using these five products on a regular basis will help you achieve the hair of your dreams without all the extra trouble.

1. Microfiber hair drying towel.

If you dry your hair with the same rough towel you dry your body with, you are doing it all wrong. Wrapping your hair up in a normal heavy towel will not only cause unwanted frizz but cause damage to your sensitive strands. A microfiber hair towel is the best hair dryer your hair could ask for due to its quick absorption of water and its sensitive material that won't leave your hair in a tangled mess. You can find a large affordable microfiber hair towel on Amazon for $17.97 that comes with a tying loop so that you can wrap your hair up easily when you finish washing it.

2. Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer.

If you like the look and volume of a blowout but don't have the time or patience to style each section of your hair with a traditional brush and blowdryer, the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer will be a game changer for you. This product is a blow dryer and a blow drying brush combined into one easy to use machine. You can use the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer on wet or dry hair by simply brushing through your hair, from root to ends, with its brizzles which can administer three different heat and air speed settings to dry or style your hair quickly and efficiently. The Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer can be purchased at Ulta for $59.99 or on Amazon for $56.99.

3. Powerdry.ME Spray.

If it takes a long time for your hair to air dry or dry with a blow dryer, consider Design.me's Powerdry.ME blow drying lotion which, according to their website, lessens blow drying times by 50 percent. This fast acting drying lotion is meant to be sprayed thoroughly onto wet hair and works through Microemulsion technology which allows the water on hair strands to bead out. This drying hair spray contains heat protection and anti frizz benefits for your hair as well. You can purchase the Powerdry.ME Spray on Design.Me's website for $22 or on Amazon for $19.57.

4. A hair claw clip.

Tired of creases, ponytail headaches and unnecessary hair breakage? It is time to invest in a hair claw, a hair clip big enough to style your hair in a bun, twisted ponytail or any fun style without the wreckage that your go-to ponytail causes. Hair claws are not only becoming a more popularized hair styling method, but they come in a variety of styles and shapes for affordable prices as well. You can purchase a hair claw that suits your hair and style, for as low as $3.28, on Amazon by searching "hair claw clips." If you already have a hair claw or need some inspiration before purchasing one, you can find different styling methods here.

5. No heat curling rods.

If your hair is damaged from an excess use of heat and styling tools, you may want to consider going heatless for some time to recover the health of your hair. Going heatless does not mean you have to give up styling your hair for good, rather, that you need the right tools to create the perfect bounce without damage. Curling rods are the perfect alternative to wands and heating tools due to its capability of giving you the same look through natural drying. You can use curling rods when your hair is wet or damp by wrapping and securing sections of your hair around a rod, that is sized to your curl preference, and keeping them in until your hair is completely dry. You can find a large bundle of different sized curling rods on Amazon for $17.99.

If you are having a difficult time taming, styling or protecting your hair, investing in these products will not only help you care for your hair, but will save you daily hair troubles as well. It is important to consider your own hair preferences when investing in hair care products, so make sure to acknowledge the texture and health of your current hair before attempting new products.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
