5 Of The Best Youtube Channels
YouTube

Youtube has become one of my everyday necessities. Being one of the biggest video-sharing websites, you can find anything you need on this app. Here are 5 of my favorite Youtube channels.

1. Mallory Ervin

If you are looking for a channel that's full of southern charm, here you go. Mallory is literally full of life as she shares tips on beauty and lifestyle. She is so funny and full of humor as she does a variety of makeup tutorials to lifestyle vlogging. Needless to say, I am obsessed with her.

2. Jeffree Star

Before watching this channel, You will have to confirm you are over 18 years old due to language and such. Jeffree is bold and one of a kind. His channel consist of fun challenge videos, plenty of amazing makeup tutorials, and so much more. I literally can't get enough of his sense of humor, SO FUNNY!

3. Cole&Sav

This channel was originally Cole Labrants. Most people know Cole from being one of the "dem white boyz" on vine. He and two other friends created absolutely hystical clips on vine that are too funny not to on repeat. Cole created a youtube channel to share some of those videos but also his heart for Jesus. Recently, he started dating, Savanah Soutas, famous on Musical.ly. This channel is full of humor and heart warming videos. I love it because not only can I get a good laugh but also find myself encouraged to be better!!! Top fave for sure!!

4. Alexandrea Garza

Each week I find myself tuning into Alex's channel. She focuses on beauty and fashion, but also has another youtube channel with her husband, focusing on everyday vlogging. Both her her channels are refreshing, informative, and so intune with everyday trends. LOVE HER.

5. Jaclyn Hill

Best for last, right? I am over the moon for Jaclyn's youtube channel. She is a so upbeat and 100% real with her followers. I just recently stumbled across her page and cannot get away from it. She focuses on makeup tutorials but expands a little to do fun challenges and opens up with Q&A videos often. I love everything about this channel and who Jaclyn Hill is as a person. (P.s. How could you not obsess over her signature red hair?!).

I hope that you just found your new favorite youtube channels. I am constantly at the edge of my seat waiting for each of them to post new videos, they are that good!!!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
