1. Steve Carell
Carell started out at the Second City improv theatre in Chicago. Since then, he has been seen on the "Daily Show," "The Office," and a number of major motion pictures.
2. Amy Poehler
Poehler started off at the Second City in Chicago, then moved on to start the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre with Matt Besser, Matt Walsh, and Ian Roberts. She's since been on "Saturday Night Live," writing and starring in "Parks and Recreation," and a number of other featured roles.
3. Tina Fey
Fey started out at the Second City Improv theatre in Chicago. She has since gone on to "Saturday Night Live," writing and starring in "30 Rock," and producing, writing, and acting in many major projects.
4. Kristen Wiig
Wiig started out at the Groundlings in Los Angeles. She has since gone on to "Saturday Night Live," writing and starring in "Bridesmaids," and other major motion pictures.
5. Sasheer Zamata
