Let's be honest: we're pretty lucky to be able to go to Stonehill. It's been named one of the nation's best colleges by The Princeton Review and was ranked #155 in Forbes' overall best colleges in the country. While it's not cheap by any means, it's still a complete privilege to be here. But every now and then, we probably find ourselves complaining about things we know we really shouldn't care about. Here, my fellow Skyhawks, are some of the most common First World problems of Stonehill:

1. Getting constant notifications from your class' Facebook page because "it's that time of year again" and the athletes have run out of money on their meal plan.

2. Trying to cross the little stream between Boland to the Heights but the plank is messed up, meaning you risk getting your Sperrys muddy.

3. When you know your panini is done being pressed but Robbie left to go get fresh chips.

4. Maneuvering around the missing bricks in the walkway.

5. Going to fill your cup with water but accidentally getting some blue Powerade in it.

6. Just wanting to order some fries from the Hill but about five people in front of you are ordering Caramel Macchiatos.

7. Struggling to quickly get your Hillcard out of your Vera Bradley case at the registers during Monday's 11:30 lunch rush.

8. Being friends with anyone who lives in the Sem during the winter.

9. Trying to get up on the ledge at the courts but a sports team has already marked their territory to stalk out their prey.

10. Cutting across the quad because you're late for class, only to have the sprinklers go off.

11. Wanting a hearty, meaty meal for dinner but it's Monday and the college is trying to lower your risk of diabetes.

12. Standing in line on the right side for Chicken Wrap Thursday (because it's worth it) only to have the other side remind you that "there are two lines."

13. When all of the cups are stuck to one another in the stack.

14. The only available dryer for your clothes not only requires you to put it through multiple cycles, but is louder than the Peer Mentors that welcomed you at Orientation.

15. When you need to confess your sins from the weekend but you know Father John Denning too well.

16. Not seeing that one important e-mail that you've been waiting for because it gets lost in the flood of Monday morning updates and announcements.

17. Having to relocate your 2014 Jeep Wrangler to Lot 17 because of a parking ban.

18. When the group exercise and multipurpose room are both closed and you have to resort to using a mat directly next to the guys grunting as they lift weights.

19. When the person in front of you gets the last piece of grilled chicken and you have to wait for another batch to come out.

20. Having to get up just to check if your order is ready at The Hill because they aren't calling out numbers.

21. When the Hillcard machine at Back Bay takes forever just to approve your $4 bagel sandwich. Or, even worse, it's not working.

22. Spending more time standing outside the courts on a Saturday night, trying to decide which house to go in, than actually being in one.

23. Having class in Stanger in five minutes but the line for Dunks is halfway outside Shields.

24. When your friend tells you that they've "already grabbed a table" in the Commons but you can't find them in the sea of Shep Shirts, pastel Chubbies, Sperrys, Patagonia jackets, Bean boots or North Face book bags.

25. When the Hill is out of fried Mac and Cheese bites on a Friday night.

26. Ordering a pita at the deli and cringing as you watch them slice it, followed up by them sighing in frustration as they throw it out and start over.

27. Running into last night's hookup in the Chapel for Sunday night mass.

28. When it starts to rain while you're in class and you're not wearing your Hunter boots.

29. Killing time in the Health Services' waiting room by going on your phone but there's no service.

30. Seeing just about everyone you know in the 2nd floor hallway of Duffy, including the kid you vaguely remember singing to in Goveneur on Saturday night.

31. Looking forward to an omelette for brunch but you don't see Maria behind the counter.

32. The mixed feelings you get when you have class outside because of the nice weather, but your new pastel breaker shorts from Vineyard Vines might get dirty.

33. When you have to keep walking back and forth from junior to senior courts because everything keeps getting shut down.

34. Laying in your bed on Sunday morning and being torn between brunch from Back Bay or the Commons.

35. Walking into Health Services with a stuffy nose and walking out with a diagnosis of mono.

36. Looking at the five food displays in the Commons plus the deli, paninis and salad bar and saying "there's nothing good to eat."

37. Getting an e-mail from the mailroom that your package has finally been delivered but you're stuck in class until 3:45.

38. Having to connect to Guest because Hillspot isn't working. Shocker.

39. Opening the bag of chips you bought from Ace's on the 3rd floor of the library and physically feeling the death stares on you.

40. When the cashiers don't trust you when you say you "just got plain pasta" and make you open your to-go container.

41. Not being sure if it's worth it to give up your parking spot in the Heights to drive to the Spoco or not.

42. Craving food from the Hill after a night out but it's 12:59 a.m. and you're just leaving the courts.
