It is no surprise that after months of hard work, you can feel pretty drained and overwhelmed towards the end of the semester. Finding the motivation to do anything can be an impossible task. However, you still need to pass your finals so here are some things to remind yourself towards the end of the semester to help you focus and get motivated!

1. One more semester down, one less to go.

In the beginning of your college experience it may seem like four years is forever away. But, after you get started you will start to realize that time actually does fly by, and people aren't lying about that. Before you know it, you'll be registering for classes for your senior year of college and all of that stressful hard work will have paid off. So, when you feel overwhelmed and exhausted, just remember that after this stressful semester, your that much closer to graduation!

2. After all of your hard work comes a nice break.

One thing that usually works is the costing reminder that the sleepiness, and stressful state of mind you are suffering from is not permanent. If you can endure the last few weeks of tests, projects and finals, then you can relax. After all of your hard work you will be rewarded with a nice break. Whether it be summer break or winter break, you still have plenty of time to catch up on sleep, and finally enjoy life without the constant worrying over school. If you stick it out, you will get to rest knowing you worked as hard as you could.

3. Hard work means better success.

Although it may seem impossible to complete all of your work and do it well, it is possible. Towards the end of the semester professors love to pile on the work, and assign as much as thy can in the last few weeks. At first you're probably thinking that it is not possible to get all of it done. It is important to remind yourself that it is possible and that you just have to work hard.

One way you can motivate yourself work hard is by reminding yourself that hard work pays off. From working hard on all of your assignments you will get good grades. From getting good grades you will graduate with honors and get into a good graduate program, or a great job. It is important to think of the future and how although it may not seem it, it is important to push through the remainder of the semester!

4. You've survived this much, whats a few more weeks?

You're almost done! you've put in the hard work and suffered through months of hard work and studying. If you can do that, you can do anything! Just remember that it's almost over, and that you will survive the next few weeks!

Overall, you just have to keep reminding yourself that all of your hard work will pay off and will result in success, a long break, and you're one step closet to graduation! just stay focused and try to think positively.

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
