In the smartphone age, life has only been made easier and easier. One of the things that have gotten a lot easier is shopping! Yet some of these little luxuries go unnoticed. Here are some smartphone apps for every college girl who loves to shop:
1. Vinted
This is an online platform for girls around the United States to sell and buy pre-loved clothing. Vinted also has a "swap" feature, where "Vinties" have the option to strike a deal with one another in exchange for item(s) of clothing. Vinted has recently added the option for in-person pick up, instead of their standard shipping. Some of the popular brands on Vinted include: Zara, Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, Hollister, etc.
2. Wanelo
Founded by a Cornell grad, Wanelo (Want. Need. Love) maximizes your search by consolidating all of the fashion items available for purchase based on your search. Depending on what is being searched, Wanelo finds deals from just about everywhere so you can see all of your options.
3. GroupOn
This is an oldie, but people so often forget about the awesome deals good ol' GroupOn has to offer. From pots, pans, clothing and more, GroupOn is nothing but deals galore! As someone in college, some of the deals provided by GroupOn for travel and activities are definitely worth the money. Old, but gold.
4. Tradesy
Tradesy is yet another online platform that specifically sells branded items. A lot Tradesy's inventory are along the lines of pre-loved wedding apparel, Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch, and Michael Kors. Some of these items go up to the $100s. Tradesy however, takes a standard shipping price regardless of size, which allows for the more costly items to sell at a better bargain. The only downside is that any profit made through the app comes in the form of Tradesy Credit/Cash, and you to pay to withdraw money.
