Our favorite holiday is almost here! Fourth of July is that one day out of the whole year were many of us gather and have a great time. Whether you are looking up at the sky for a long period of time with your "squad" or in the corner eating a hot dog, this is the day you can just be a proud American, and of course have on your red, white, and blue #ootd. If you are that lucky person not throwing the party, all you have to do is bring something, and that is if the person hosting the party asks you to! But if you are one of those nice human beings who bring a pie or dessert so that people at the event can have more dessert options, you are the real MVP. So if you just want to try something new or have some time, here are some easy desserts that everybody will for sure devour!

1)

All you need are some sprinkles and boxed ice cream sandwiches and your a pro!

2)

Seriously, sprinkles can turn something from blah to ah-ha! All you need is a pack of strawberries, sprinkles, and some sort of "food glue" like melted chocolate or cool whip!

3)

Here is one for you heathy folks. Let loose and eat a watermelon shaped rice crispy...after all it is still a watermelon. This is also a great dessert to trick children into thinking it is fruit and not letting them eat all the good stuff.

4)

You can't forget to make some sort of Jell-O dessert, even if you don't like eating it! All you need to do is add some whip cream and some red or blue fruit on top!

Now don't have to worry about waking up an hour earlier just to make a dessert and save yourself some time! Eat up and Happy Fourth of July! #merica

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
