I still don't get why you want to spend every day with me -- not even my mom wants to do that. You see me at my absolute worst, a.k.a. after the gym, and still tell me that I'm the prettiest girl. A million "thank yous" couldn't even begin to justify what I put you through, but I might as well give it a try.

Thanks for:

1. Dealing with all the puppy pictures I send you.

2. Making my day and sending even more puppy pictures back to me.

3. Letting me steal your favorite T-shirt for months on end.

4. Giving me the last mozzarella stick even though we both know you're still hungry.

5. Listening to me sing the same one line from Hotline Bling over and over again 'cause it's the only part I know.

6. Not getting annoyed anymore when I burp in public.

7. Not being creeped out at how many times I talk about wanting a baby.

8. Allowing me to always pick the movie.

9. Never watching "House of Cards" without me.

10. Calling me out for messing up song lyrics eight out of 10 times.

11. Not getting grossed out when I pick my boogers.

12. Reading all of my articles, no matter how bad they are.

13. Understanding my penguin obsession.

14. Retaking the picture 12 times because a gust of wind wrecked my hair.

15. Staying on the phone with me while I run errands 5 hours away.

16. Walking out of restaurants when they don't cater to picky eaters like me.

17. Listening to me drone on about my little as if I actually gave birth to her.

18. Not eating bacon in front of me.

19. Loving my friends like they are your own.

20. Always lying and telling me I look great, even when I look like crap.

21. Sharing the same taste in music as me and other middle-aged dads.

2. Finishing "Quick, quick, quick, like a bunny" when we cross the street.

23. Always letting me have one of your Nattys.

24. Traveling the world with me.

25. Listening to me worry about almost everything.

26. Not bullying me for my horrible spelling attempts.

27. Dealing with a pile of hair in your face while we snuggle.

28. Being my personal doctor because I'm too lazy to ever go to one.

29. Letting me give you wet willies every once in a while.

30. Not killing me for how cheesy this article is.

31. For picking out the cover photo for this article without even knowing what was going on.

32. And, of course, for loving me.
