30 Thoughts All College Seniors Have

30 Thoughts All College Seniors Have

Being a senior in college and preparing to enter the real world is quite frightening. Many thoughts about your future start to come into your mind and some days you aren't sure if you'll make it to graduation. Have no fear friends, we all have these daily thoughts....(and question whether or not we are ready for the next chapter.)


1. Do I need to make my next dentist appointment and next doctor check up now? Maybe I can convince Mom to schedule it for me just one more time..

2. I should probably check my bank account balance soon.

3. Oh my goodness I really want pancheros....let's check that bank account now instead.

4. Does it make me look like I don't care about school if I wear a sweatshirt and sweatpants daily?

5. I think I may need to start buying more adult looking clothes... professional ones.

6. On second thought, those are really expensive. I can wait a few more months.

7. Was there a deadline this week? Crap.

8. I hope my teacher cancels class today. I wonder if work will ever get cancelled someday.

9. I really need groceries.

10. Coffee is almost out...must...get...more...

11. This semester needs to hurry up.

12. How many weeks until break?

13. I deserve a nap today!

14. I wonder what is feels like to graduate.

15. Is the weather cold or warm today? Maybe I should wear a jacket just in case.

16. Wow my car is so messy.

17. I think I should start another Netflix series.

18. I want new clothes.

19. I am so broke...

20. I'm exhausted.

21. I'm not actually ready for the real world yet......is it okay to stay in college for a few more years?

22. Never mind, homework is awful.

23. I think I can still pull off staying out late for a few more years.

24. I really don't want to move back home again.

25. These student loans....when do I pay them? Who do I pay them to?

26. I wonder if i'll get into grad school.

27. I better find a back up plan in case that doesn't work out.

28. Where do I want to live next year?

29. Am I even old enough to be an adult? I don't think so......

30. Can I go back to freshman year please?

Well folks, graduation is approximately seven months away. Take a deep breath and call your parents. They always know how to make things better.

Real world here we come.....ready or not.
