"Doctor Who" has sprung up in popularity ever since its revitalization in 2005. You can see "Doctor" merchandise everywhere from bookstores to souvenir shops. It is even bigger in England, where the series originates. You can definitely tell it is more popular there because you can find "Doctor Who" merchandise at thrift shops in England, whereas you could never find a simple "Doctor Who" book at a Goodwill or Salvation Army in the U.S. Yet all "Doctor Who" fans know that the show is more than just overpriced store-bought items. The series is an emotional story that carries the viewer along through its twists, secrets, and wit with finesse as well as force. There are hundreds of unique moments, characters, and items in the show that make it special. What follows is a short list of the parts of the show all fans recognize and love.
