Doing one thing a day that scares you challenge is one of the easiest things if you want it to be or it can be the most difficult thing you have ever done before.
Here are the steps in feeling powerful and stress-free when leaving that room, party or any social event you attend.
1. Pick your poison
Throughout your day you will find something you're scared to do or someone you're scared to go up and talk to. That could be your one thing for that day that scares you. It can range from saying hi to someone to holding a snake, whatever makes you scared or uncomfortable, do it. Now, I am not saying go and be wild and get in trouble, but do something that makes your heart beat faster and adeline pump.
2. Go through with it
Don't say your going to do and then not do it. Once you have picked what you're going to do, go through with it and don't go back on it. There is a reason you picked this particular challenge so do it.
3. Feel good about your decision
Feel good about whatever it is you just did. You deserve that, you just conquered something that scares you. Be proud, stand tall and walk out of that room with pride.
