There is so much to learn from the show One Tree Hill. One of my favorite things is to listen to what the characters are saying and take their advice. Their advice helps me whenever I need it. Here's 3 quotes that are good to remember.

People can't change who you are. Only you have the power to be whoever you want to be and not worry.

When we come across a situation that we haven't dealt with before we feel afraid to face it so we go back in the past, but the thing is, no matter what you're facing you have to deal with it head on. Your choices help make you who you are and being afraid to make a choice and deal with it, can leave a mark on us.

Happiness is different for everybody. We all have our own definition of what makes us happy. So remember that you don't have to have what somebody else does to be happy.
