1. Banana Pancakes (Blogilates Recipe)
Put pan on lowest setting on stove
In a separate bowl
Mash 1 ripe banana until its consistency is "liquidy"
Add 2 eggs
1 packet of Stevia
1 tablespoon plain non-fat Greek yogurt
Then, stir the mixture in the bowl.
You can add vanilla extract, some cinnamon or maybe even chocolate chips to the mix. Anything you do will taste good.
Make sure you don’t forget non-stick spray on you pan.
Then, cook like normal pancakes.
Too give it more flavor, add some strawberries or blueberries on top and bam!
2. Oatmeal Banana Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
In a bowl mash 2 large ripe bananas
Add 2 Cups of Oatmeal Flour (Oatmeal ground up in food processor or blender)
Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Stir it up!
Then, everything else you put in is up to you! You can make them many different ways such as adding cinnamon or chocolate chips.
Place dough in a tablespoon size scoops on baking pan with non-stick spray or parchment paper (not wax paper), and flatten the cookie a little with your spoon. Bake the cookies for 9 to 10 minutes. Then, take your pan out and enjoy!
3. Banana "Ice Cream"
Slice up as much ripe banana as you want in a container
Cover it up and put it in the freezer
Let it freeze until completely frozen
When completely frozen put the banana slices in a food processor or blender and add milk or almond milk (my preference) to create your own consistency and blend again.
You can add some strawberries or blueberries too. I like to eat it like a parfait: layer of ice cream, layer of crumbled graham cracker, layer of ice cream, layer of cut up strawberries, and then one more layer of ice cream on top.
That is it. Of course you could do this with any other fruit too!
All of these recipes take less than 30 minutes to make. I mean that is something that you can go bananas about! They are all so delicious and so easy! Your whole body will thank you because it not only tastes good, but it will make you feel good too!
