Say what you will about her, you have to admit that Taylor Swift is a talented song-writer. You may not like her voice, you may not like the type of music she makes, and you may not agree with the inspiration behind many of her songs, but everyone can relate to at least one Taylor Swift lyric. I am an enormous Taylor Swift fan, I think she is a talented artist and an excellent role model for young women. But mostly, I just like her music. I relate to a lot of her lyrics and tend to have T-Swizzle jam sessions on my long car-rides home and honestly, her songs have become the soundtrack to my life. That being said, these are a few of my favorite Taylor Swift lyrics. Maybe you will be able to relate to on of them, too.

I wasn't lying when I said that Taylor Swift songs are the soundtrack to my life. There are a couple of her songs in particular that really speak to me.
1. State of Grace
2. The Best Day
3. All Too Well
4. Everything Has Changed
5. Back To December
6. Mean
7. Enchanted
8. Wildest Dreams
9. Clean
10. Wonderland
11. New Romantics
It's hard to describe, but whenever these songs start playing, it feels like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I can think clearly about anything and everything going on in my life. It must have something to do with knowing that you're not alone, that everyone goes through rough times as well as really incredible experiences. It makes it easier to be honest with yourself about what you are feeling, whether you're dealing with romantic issues, family issues, or just life issues. Maybe that is why people depend on music so much; it reminds you that you are not alone.
