Summer is the best time of the year to do anything from laying around the pool all day with your friends, to cruising down the road with your windows rolled down. Whatever it is that you like to do during this sunny season, make sure you pick the perfect music for the occasion to make the most of your summertime memories.

There is something about summer that makes me bring out the throwbacks and sing every lyric to them while they're on. Here's a list of some of my favorite throwbacks to help you get your summer started out the right way:

1. Everybody- Backstreet Boys

Perfect for a boat day with your friends. Get up and sing every lyric.

2. Halo- Beyoncé

Perfect for a ride in the car with your windows down.

3. Unwritten- Natasha Bedingfield

Perfect for a Snapchat video with all your friends screaming the chorus. Been there, done that.

Perfect for laying out by the pool.

Perfect to sing to when you're getting ready for a night out.

Perfect to put on when you are with all of your friends.
