Let's face it. It's hard to always be paying attention in class. We can't help if our minds start to wander, it just sort of... happens. What can we say?

Here are just a few thoughts I've had while attempting to pay attention in class; because believe me, I've had a lot more than just these 25.

1. Alright, Psychology class! Let's do this! I'm going to get an A in this class, no doubt!

2. Shit, where's my purple pen? That's my note-taking pen! I can't write notes without it! Where the hell is it? That's it. IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD.

3. I'm being dramatic. It's okay, who really needs notes anyway? I'll just listen and pay really close attention.

4. Okay, seriously? How hard is it to figure out the computer? Just turn it ON.

5. Why did this guy decide to sit in front of me? I'm literally so short; you're blocking my view. Can you move? Like, now?

6. My hair smells incredible today. Oh, my god, it's like a floral wonderland! Flowers, flowers and more flowers!

7. Did I eat lunch today? I can't remember. Wait, I think I forgot to eat lunch. How did I even manage that one?

8. But you know what sounds good? Chickfila. I want some. I should get some after class... except for the fact I'm broke. God, I'm so broke. I need a drink.

9. Dude, this guy smells. What'd he do before class? Smoke a whole pack of cigarettes? He smells like a human ashtray. Do I have to smell him the entire class? Someone kill me.

10. It's been at least five minutes since the last time I checked my phone. My friends probably think I've died or something. Lol, just kidding. I have no friends.

11. Man, my nails look awesome. I'm so great at painting my nails.

12. Shit. I have work today.

13. I wonder how many steps I have on my FitBit... probably close to 10,000; I've done a lot today. I'm practically a FitBit pro.

14. I really should've peed before class. Can class just be over? I'm getting impatient (actually, I really just need to pee).

15. Wait what!? This is Anthropology? I thought I was in Psychology class.

16. Okay so... is that going to be on the test? No? Yes? You're not going to tell us? Oh.


17. I wonder if I remembered to turn my hair straightener off this morning?

18. What's this video even supposed to be about?

19. Was that my phone that just vibrated? No, it wasn't. Who's was it then?

20. "Baby you light up my world like no-" Woah! Woah! Woah! Why the hell am I singing One Direction? How embarrassing!

21. Lol, oh right... I run a One Direction fan account on Twitter. Whoops.


22. Oh my god, was that due today?

23. People are starting to put their binders away... is class almost over? Is it!? Is it!?

24. YES! Class is finally over.

25. Okay, but I have no clue what just happened in class. I hope I'm not the only one who has no idea what we just "learned" today in class.

Oh well, tomorrow's a new day. I'll pay attention and take notes tomorrow.
