Before you start to judge me, step into my shoes and walk the life I am living. If you get as far as I am now, just maybe you will begin to understand who I really am and why I've become this strong, independent women with a lot of aspirations in life. There comes a time in life when you walk away from all the drama in life and the people who create it. Sure, I get triggered easily, but damn I've worked hard and I'm allowed to act a little wonky sometimes... :)

1. I'm that girl who always needs extra time to do literally nothing.

2. I'll probably shut you out at some point, but it won't be because of you and it won't be permanent.

3. I will need you to keep choosing me.

4. I like bedsheets with a high thread count... #sorrynotsorry

5. I enjoy compliments, but typically give more than I get.

6. I REALLY enjoy traveling.

7. I don't like wearing pants. Again, not sorry.

8. I love the sound of rain and thunder.

9. I prefer to describe myself as "delightfully difficult" because yep, that's exactly right.

10. I'm deeply suspicious of all people, not just men. It is my nature to just expect the worst...

11. I am afraid of not being good enough.

12. I am afraid of being left behind.

13. If I fall in love with you, I will love everything about you.

14. I'm somewhat insecure, but I will maintain my confidence to make you think otherwise.

15. I've made mistakes in the past and I've learned to live with them.

16. I've learned to accept people for who they are.

17. I miss people I should no longer care about.

18. I'm a very straightforward person.

19. You don't need my permission. I trust you to do what's right.

20. I''ll always be there to give you my opinion.

21. I'll forever be thankful for you and anything you do to impact my life in a positive way.

22. I am not afraid to be myself.

23. I am confident, loud, and hard-working.

24. You can give me attention, but I can finance myself.

25. I am in love with food and puppies. Once again, not sorry.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
