There are some people who like music, some people who love it, and others who simply can't live without it. They talk about music all the time, love finding new tunes, and can't go a whole day without listening to the radio. Being a music junkie is the best thing in the entire world, and there are some definite signs that you've become one. If you're guilty, well, bravo.
1. You carry headphones with you wherever you go.
2. 90% of the time you have at least one earbud of said headphones in your ear.
3. You moved Spotify into your iPhone dock a longggg time ago.
4. Your friends always ask you for musical suggestions. And you give them 10 options.
5. You develop this crazy ability to remember the lyrics of EVERY song.
6. The rush you get from finding good music is what you imagine crack is like.
7. You get really excited to show cool new music to your friends…
8. … and REALLY frustrated when they don’t get as excited about it as you did.
9. You discover amazing bands 6-12 months before they become popular (*cough cough* I found The 1975 in 2012 *cough cough*).
10. You’re obsessed with 8tracks…and no, not the old music player.
11. Driving alone = rocking the F out. ALWAYS.
12. You have basically every genre of music on your iTunes.
13. You’ve shamelessly stood in the middle of the bar, arm raised to the ceiling, to Shazam what's on.
14. Or written down some of the lyrics so you could Google it later.
15. A good bass line or melody runs chills down your spine.
16. When someone asks you what your favorite song is, you list a minimum of 6.
17. Everyone knows that you control the music in the car. The whole time.
18. At some point in your life, you’ve illegally downloaded music, because not even Warren Buffet could afford all the music in your library.
19. Sometimes, when you listen to a killer song, you can’t help but smile.
20. You’ve already heard 90% of the music your friends show you.
21. You’re insanely good at detecting who sings a song within its first 30 seconds.
22. When you have two earbuds in and someone talks to you, you're pissed.
23. A song has brought you to tears at least once.
24. “You have good taste in music!” = THE BEST COMPLIMENT IN THE WORLD.
25. You really can’t imagine your life without music, and you hope you’ll never have to.
