This past weekend was New York City's Governor's Ball Music Festival in Randall's Island Park. This three-day music festival had artists from Chance the Rapper, Lorde, Childish Gambino, Flume, and Wiz Khalifa. As my first festival, I observed how everyone behaved. Here are 25 repeated saying that I heard:

1. What stage is *artist's name* performing in?

2. What time is *artist's name* performing?

There are maps EVERYWHERE, but we somehow always forget.

3. "Let's take a picture!"

Did you even go if there are no pictures?

4. "Group picture!!"

You have to yell to get your whole group's attention but you at least need one group picture!

5. *sees old high school friend* "Oh my god, hi!!'

6. *guy tries to walk through a crowd* "Nah man, not if your tall."

Its a fact: girls can push their way through without anyone stopping them, but when it comes to guys they have a harder time.

7."Can I have some water?"

You have to stay hydrated!!

8. *points to a spot* "Come here!!!"

9. "Drink water or else we are going to Med."

10. "Where did she go?"

11. "Where is everyone going?"

12. "LETS GO!!"

13. *on the phone* "Yeah, we got separated."

14. "Of course everyone knows THIS song."

15. "I'm not taking any L's today."

16. "That Mac n Cheese was SO GOOD"

17. *pushing through people* "Excuse me, sorry."

18. "We stay in Flume for 15 and then we go to Chance."

19. "I wasn't that annoying, was I?"

20. "This girl is so drunk, she's crying."

To all the girls crying: He is not worth your tears. Do not waste your time crying. Dance it out and forget him.

21. "Can't wait to be 21!"

22. "So much food!"

23. "Oh shit, where's my phone?"

24. *tired of walking through people* "Right here is just fine by me."

25. "Do you have to use the bathroom?"

The festival is a great experience to have with friends, meet new people, and listen to some great music. 10/10 would recommend for everyone to go at least one day!
