25 Moments You Need To Experience With Your College Friends
Your World with Creflo

People say your college friends stick with you for life. In my case, it’s only been two years with these girls, but it has truly felt like a lifetime with them by my side. Our struggles have brought us together, with terrible roommates, stupid classes, and so much more. I'm so glad I've met these girls and have had the chance to go to the same college as them! I hope every college student has similar experiences with their friends as I have with mine. These moments I will forever cherish, from our hilarious card games to our impulse thrift shopping. Here are 25 moments that I have experienced and hope that every group of college friends experience as well!

1. Having birthday celebrations at the local bakery or restaurant.

Make sure you get to experience awesome and unique birthday celebrations with your friends! My friends and I usually go to Nonnah’s in Columbia, SC, to celebrate another year of life. We each get a different slice of cake and pass them around the table for everyone to try!

2. Watching the 'High School Musical' Marathon and Sing-A-Long together.

We all love HSM and singing, so that’s a no brainer! All of us can cherish, cry, and sing together with the Wildcats.

3. Buying helium balloons and singing to Alvin and the Chipmunks’ songs.

Why not? Friendship brings on weird memories too. Just remember you do have an RA and they probably won't be too happy when the hear the high pitched squealing from across the hall.

4. Binging on Taco Bell in times of weakness.

We all need Taco Bell binging buddies! Twenty cinnamon delights later...

5. Playing a dorky online game together!

In this case, our dorky online game we played was Town of Salem. Sabrina always ended up being the serial killer and murdering everyone. Anyway, each friend group needs to relieve stress somehow! Whether that’s a nap or a competitive online game, that’s up to you guys.

6. Playing Cards Against Humanity.

This is another awesome way to relieve stress (or procrastinate!).

7. Pulling all-nighters for finals week in an abandoned room of your dorm hall..

After hours of tears and stressful laughter, you both smell like the soggy basement carpet and decide to call it a night.

8. Goodwill hunting!

Between Netflix and classes, you guys need to buy weird Good Will items!

9. Helping each other out with project procrastinations.

10. Cooking food in the basement kitchen (to avoid dining hall).

There might have been a tiny fire, guys.

11. Scoping out campus activities, only to crawl back into your rooms!

12. Get an on-campus organization together!(Maybe an A Capella group!)

13. Going to the movies and a rundown mall (just for fun).

14. Reciting all of your study material (like the stages of Erikson, over and over).

15. Rearranging your room for the fourth time in the semester.

16. Impulse fish buying!

17. Impulse buying at Walmart together.

18. Fish funerals (RIP Draco, Levi, Toothless, Wiggytuff)

19. Have some roommate rivalry with PRANK WARS!

Prank wars might include sticky notes everywhere or switching the dorm rooms around on each other.

20. Make sure to laugh the stupid or bad moments off!

(Like themoment when Bailey flushed her phone down the toilet)

21. Do some DIY crafts in the dorm room to eliminate stress.

22. Go on impromptu road trips.

You guys could go to Augusta or Charlotte for the day!

23. Go get tattoos or piercings with one another.

24. Make sure to go to awesome concerts together!

25. You need to take tons of ugly selfies.

The years that you spend in college are what YOU make of it. You can study all the time, be a loner, and hate it, or you can have friends and take a break from the books. It's the people that make the memories. You're only in college once (for some), so make the most of it! Meet new friends and make awesome memories. You want to look back and think, "I miss that!"

This is dedicated to my awesome girls! I love you guys!

(Bailey Branham, Emily Durocher, and Sabrina Stevens)

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
