These days, it seems like country artists only put their singles on the radio if they know they will be a hit. Whenever I really enjoy an album and an artist releases their “newest single” (let’s be real their album came out months ago, it's not new), I always find myself disappointed. As a Spotify addict and album junkie, I always am frustrated to see artists sell themselves short. What I'm trying to say is that their really stellar music is being left in the shadows, resulting in a weakened fan base. After sifting through my Spotify, here are 25 Country songs that I find highly underrated.
- Time Well Spent - Brett Eldredge
- Pass A Beer - Jake Owen
- Sunny In Seattle - Blake Shelton
- Broke Record - Eric Church
- Girls - Miranda Lambert
- I Wish I Was - Maren Morris
- The Sand I Brought To The Beach - Luke Bryan
- Marley - Kenny Chesney
- Kissin’ Frogs - RaeLynn
- Sun Don’t Let Me Down - Keith Urban ft. Pitbull
- Raised By A Good Time - Steven Lee Olson
- Boyfriend - Raelynn
- South Side - Thomas Rhett
- Apple Pie Moonshine - Jake Owen
- Holding On To You - Miranda Lambert
- Live A Little - Dean Alexander
- I’m A Keeper - The Band Perry
- Your Side Of The Bed - Little Big Town
- My Cowboy - Jessie James (Jessie James-Decker)
- Blue Ain’t Your Color - Keith Urban
- Wrong Song - Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere, Nashville
- Dime Store Cowgirl - Kacey Musgraves
- Water Tower Town - Scotty McCreery
- How She Rolls- Chase Rice
- A Buncha Girls - Frankie Ballard
Whether or not it's just my opinion, I hope you can take the time to look up the songs and enjoy them as much as I do. Whether you're going through a break up, chilling at a bonfire, or just listening to music on a rainy day, these songs are nothing short of a deserving hit single.
