1. Call your grandparents, just because.

2. Kill them with kindness.

3. Stop putting your whole life on Twitter and Facebook.

4. Some people will never like you. Don't let it bother you.

5. You were beautiful before he told you.

6. Listen to your dad when he says, "Leave him"

7. Appreciate all the teachers willing to help you.

8. Your mom sees fake friends before you can.

9. Tell the cafeteria lady, "Thank you."

10. Don't let one bad decision define you.

11. Learn from the bad decisions.

12. Enjoy home-cooked meals.

13. Learn to apologize.

14. Forgiveness is the key to moving on.

15. Stop comparing yourself to other girls.

16. Stop rolling your eyes at your mom when she tells you to do something.

17. He isn't the love of your life.

18. Stop worrying about what other kids are doing.

19. Worry about yourself.

20. Don't quit just because things get hard.

22. Tell your mother thank you for checking you out of school because you were "sick", but she really just wanted to have lunch with you.
