Dear Mom and Dad,
I owe a lot of things in my life to you and the countless life lessons you've taught me. I'm about to embark on my final semester of college, and so I've been getting a bit nostalgic and sappy.
So now seemed like a perfect time to try my best to express how much you both mean to me and how appreciative I am of all that you have done for me over the course of my twenty-one years. Here are [only] twenty-one things I want to thank you for, because it is impossible to give you a truly comprehensive list.
1. Thank you for loving me more than I probably deserve.
2. Thank you for always believing in me, pushing me to reach my full potential, and encouraging me to pursue my passions and follow my dreams.
