If you are like me, you could not be more excited that Gilmore Girls is the latest Netflix revival series. However, there are a few things that we need to revisit before we accept is mother- daughter duo back into our lives.

Gilmore Girls has taught me more than these GIFs will ever explain, but here are 21 things that you can learn from Gilmore Girls.

1. Take life with a grain of salt.


2. Always be in the company of people you can rely on.

3. It's okay that you don't have a full life plan drawn out.

4. Sometimes is nice to feel good about yourself.

5. Sleep in late- the errands can wait.


6. It's okay to love pizza, coffee and Netflix.

7. He BETTER have a motorcycle, but, in other words, make sure that you are not sacrificing you whole life for a boy make sure that you are staying yourself.

8. Embrace your silly side.

9. It's okay to wallow- you won't get over the breakup until you do.


10. To want to be in a serious relationship isn't a lot to ask for.

11. Love your mother, and embrace her every time you see her.

12. Believe in yourself, because you are #worthit.

13. Don't be a Trix. Be polite.


14. Embrace your "I don't care" attitude- sometimes people are just stupid.

15. If you love something surround yourself with it.

16. Love the time you have with your mom. Your friends can wait.
