New school year, new me -- right? At the start of every school year, I want to change my habits. I'll go to the library with the goal of getting work done. Whether this happens or not is the real question, but here are some thoughts that go through my mind while I try to be productive...

1. Ok, you're here to work. Find a table and don't get distracted.

2. Oh hey -- people I know!

3. Should I go over and say hi? Eh, might as well.

4. Time to sit down and do work.

5. Taking out the textbooks, making progress.

6. *Flips through notes.* Dang, when did we learn this?

7. Should I check this snapchat now or after I finish this chapter?

8. *Checks snapchat.* After this reply, you are going to WORK.

9. Might as well check Buzzfeed while you're on your phone.

10. Do I want to find out what type of cheese I am...HELL YES!

11. Ok -- actually focus now.

12. Yes! I finished reading this chapter! Time for a break!

13. Time to distract more friends in the library!

14. Back to reading...

15. I need water, hydration is the key to productive studying.

16. *walking past books.* There are so many books here. I should read more...maybe I could be like Will Hunting and know everything from books! I won't need to go to school!

17. How does someone write 300 pages about this?!

18. Why can't I be successful already?

19. What is success... what do I want to get out of life?

20. *Looks at watch.* Would you look at the time! It's food o'clock now so I guess I'll have to come back to study tomorrow.
