For some people, working out is relaxing, motivating, and something to look forward to. For others, it's pure torture. The thought of doing physical work for an extended period of time can be daunting, especially for those who aren't used to it. Whether you're a pro or a newbie, we can all agree on one thing: music makes working out way more enjoyable. Blasting your favorite songs will put you in a better mood, causing you to perform better than you might if you'd just worked out in silence. Here are a few suggestions from my personal workout playlist you should try doing some cardio to. Keep it mind though that it will be more beneficial to you as an individual to pick songs that get you moving if these tracks don't cut it for you.
