Senior Year. The moment we've all been waiting for. We've spent over a dozen years in school so we could finally have the satisfaction of earning our degree and get on to a career. However, there are a few things that change once you become a senior...
1. You can feel how old you are walking through campus, especially when you see a group of freshman.
2. You've stopped wearing anything to class that's not baggy and comfortable.
3. You know the best online places to buy textbooks because you know the bookstore is severely overpriced.
4. You know to schedule Friday's off when picking your classes.
5. You've upgraded to the bars versus the frat house.
6. All-nighters have become a talent of yours.
7. You have a countdown to graduation.
8. You've already had multiple break downs about what you are going to do once you graduate.
9. Because you're still not 100% what you want to do.
10. Thinking about how once you graduate you won't be able to see your best friends everyday.
11. But you are so excited to see what everyone will accomplish.
12. You realized that everyone who said that high school was the best for years were sadly mistaken.
13. You have more wine nights with your friends than nights where you go out.
14. You know which bars to avoid because they are always swarmed with freshman.
15. You also know which bars are the most strict so you can be surrounded with of-age people.
16. You've gone to happy hour a few times, not only because you don't need a fake ID, but you're preparing for adult life.
17. You constantly think about when you'll have to apply for jobs.
18. But ultimately decide it's too stressful and go back to enjoying college.
19. You've mastered making up an answer when someone asks what your plans are after college.
20. You know that even though it's scary, it'll all be alright.
