For true yogis, every yoga class that is attended helps you become stronger. Not all yoga poses are comfortable and many require strong determination and focus. These challenging yoga postures help you accept every challenge you encounter in life. As one becomes an avid yogi, their life is forever influenced by the amazing benefits. There are many stereotypes given towards yoga, but the believers in this practice know the truth. The Law of Impermanence is taught in yoga, which is one of the three universal laws taught by Buddha. This law states that everything is subject to constant change. When you begin any challenge with a “yogic” mind, you emerge with a great deal of self-acceptance. When you accept yourself, you can accept others in any situation. Every yogi has their different habits during and after their practice, but each have similar ideals that are adapted.
