College is notorious for mistake-making. Your easy, sheltered world does a complete 180. You NEVER really know which way is left and which way is right. I don't think that ever changes.
1. Spending all your money that you don't have on pizza, food trucks, froyo, you name it.
2. The greatest deal of procrastination. Such procrastination that you actually impress yourself with how much you can get done in such a short amount of time.
3. Failing to check your email and missing the email from your teacher about class being cancelled. *Sitting in class alone wondering where everyone is*
4. Showing up to an exam half drunk.
5. Going to the library with that one friend you can never be serious with. Then, you wonder why you got one sentence down of your 5 page paper in 1 hour.
6. Taking advantage of the campus event's free food a little too much. "Y'all got snacks?" Boom. Freshman 15.
7. Having no type of savings account.
8. Telling yourself that a frat boy could one day make a potential boyfriend. Maybe, just maybe. If you breed them just right. Nope.
9. Eating the desserts in the dining hall. They aren't worth it.
10. Getting trapped in "Netlfix & Chill."
11. Not peeing before bed after a night of drinking and wetting the bed because of it...
12. Wearing your favorite shoes in a frat basement. R.I.P.
13. I hate to say it: Having a boyfriend or girlfriend your freshman year of college.
14. You end up doing things that you couldn't tell a soul. (Especially mom and pops)
15. Using snapchat excessively on a night out. Someone is bound to see you dancing like an idiot on your story before you delete it the next morning.
16. Surrounding yourself with the wrong kinds of people. Your college career is too short to spend it with people that suck.
17. Sipping vodka instead of water the morning after.
18. Getting emotionally attached to the nice boy who bought you pizza. He has motives.
19. Stressing over trivial things: Your boyfriend from home, being broke, what you did last night, etc.
20. Not taking the chances you should have.
