2 Types Of Girls

Always in a relationship or single for life?

I have a strong belief in that there are two types of girls in the world: the ones that always have a boyfriend and the ones that just can’t find any. I am in the group of girls that feel forever single, so this is my view point on these two types of girls. We are both so different in our approach to finding love and what love means to us. I am not an expert in this field of love, but here is my take on this phenomenon.

The always in a relationship girl

I can really only describe this category by what I have seen from my friends or others around me. I see these girls having boyfriends since they were quite young. They are the type of girls that go on cute dates all the time and never want to leave their man. However when they break up, the girl finds another boyfriend in a matter of weeks or even days. I just do not understand how it happens: how these girls can have boyfriend after boyfriend and some of us cannot even get one. I feel as if there is something that makes guys fall for them quicker than most. Perhaps they just have a special aura about them that is hard to explain.

The always single girl

I do not know how I feel about being in this category. Sometimes, it gets really lonely. I personally wonder why others girls can get boyfriends in a flash and I feel forever single. Single girls are the type that will try so hard to get a guy to commit, and then the second anyone seems interested, they seem to respond with, “I’m not ready for something serious,” and then a couple weeks later they have a girlfriend. I do not understand, and I probably never will understand, why any of us are not good enough for these guys. We are the type that just want to be with someone, but somehow it just never happens, and we have even used apps like Tinder to help us find our true love because we cannot seem to do it ourselves. But I know some day we will get married and not be that "always single girl" anymore. That is really all you can wish for.

In the end I just believe we all want to be the type of girl we are not. In the end we will all have that happy ending that we long for. So which type of girl are you?

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
