Whether you have been single for a few days, or your entire life, there are a few words that constantly get thrown your way. For some reason, people ask a billion questions about your love life on a regular basis once you are not in a relationship. The following, are probably a few things you have heard if you have are on the single train.
1. "So, have you met anyone yet?"
If I had a dollar for every time, this question was asked, I could just buy my own prince charming.2. "Just download Tinder."
Maybe I'll just swipe left on this conversation too.3. "Do you like guys, if not you could tell us."
Still single. Still straight.
4. "You just need to stop looking, things happen when you least expect it."
Oh my goodness, that just solved all my problems.5. "Maybe if you brushed your hair..."
Ya' know, I just really like my hair the way it is, thanks.
6. "You know, you just gotta be yourself."
WHAT? IS THAT THE SECRET. Gosh darn, I have been someone else my entire life.7. "Maybe if you just acted like a lady every now and then."
I did not realize it was a requirement to be Princess of Genovia in order to find a boyfriend.8. "You just need to go out more often."
9. "You're young, just have fun."
I never thought about having fun until you mentioned that.

I wasn't that concerned about my relationship status until you pointed out that it deserves a pity party.
