Siblings are a blessing in disguise.

Siblings: the only enemies you can't live without. They can be the best and, at times, the worst. Of course, there are times when your siblings really help you out and can be great pals, but you can't help but point out the not-so-good times. Here are 19 signs you grew up with two or more siblings.

1. You are constantly battling with your siblings

You always have to fight to watch your favorite show, fight for shower time in the morning, and even have to fight for the last leftover slice of pizza in the fridge. It basically turns into World War 3.

2. Yelling "Shotgun" means nothing when you're fighting for the front seat with your siblings

"Shotgun!"

"No I was here first!"

3. You get told how much you look alike 24/7

Yes. We know. We have the same parents which probably means we are supposed to look a little similar.

4. You get called your siblings' names more times than you can remember

"David - Andy - Eva — whatever your name is!"

5. Getting family pictures to look nice is almost impossible

Either someone blinked, looked away, or just doesn't know how to smile nice which makes taking a family picture during the holidays take longer than it needs to be.

6. Your parents probably owned a large van to haul the entire family around

aka the "Mom Van"

7. You often shared or borrowed each other's clothes

-----and your sibling may or may not have gotten their clothing back.

8. The term "Hand-Me-Down-Clothes" still makes you cringe

You envied your older siblings because while they got to shop for new clothes, you were stuck with their old clothes.

9. You have sassy and great comebacks

All those years of having a sass battle with each other has really taught you some great comebacks to use.

10. When your siblings come into your room and don’t shut the door on the way out.

11. Trying not to laugh when your sibling gets in trouble for something you actually did.

12. When they get picked on by someone and you actually have to stand up for them

...because you are the only one that’s allowed to do that.

13. When your mom puts you in charge when she is gone and your siblings don't listen to you whatsoever.

"You aren't the boss of me!"

14. When you hurt your sibling and they start crying, you have to bribe them so they won’t tell your mom.

Oops?

15. Sickness Spreads

When one sibling gets sick with the flu, you expect to get it within a few days. Sharing is caring.

16. That feeling you get when you both mutually agree on something

Whether you just realized that you like the same TV show as your brother or you and your sister both like the same singer, the feeling is just amazing.

17. Whenever your sibling does something stupid or annoying

18. When your sibling tells on you to your parents

19. No matter how much you get on each other's nerves, you will always love each other

Siblings are a blessing in disguise. You will always have someone who will give you their brutally honest opinion, someone who will have your back, and someone who knows how to make you feel better whenever things seem bleak. Yes, we fight, we argue and we annoy each other. But we also laugh, hug, and have a good time together. I can't imagine what life would be like if I was an only child. I'm sure the house would be quieter, but I'd rather have a loud house full of bickering and laughs than a home without my siblings.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
