In today's society, being beautiful has become one of the most desired things a person can be. With Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and Tinder, our world is consumed by the idea that only beautiful faces belong. The truth is, there are countless qualities more important than having a beautiful face, and here are 19 of them.

1. Having a heart that is tirelessly seeking God.

"Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting, but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised." Proverbs 31:30

2. Radically loving others.

"The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’There is no commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:31

3. Being wildly passionate about the things you love doing.

"For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Matthew 6:21

4. Pursuing those passions with your whole heart.

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." Colossians 3:23

5. Being happy.

6. Standing up for what you believe in.

So next time you look in the mirror or find yourself two hours deep into that random girls Instagram wishing you looked like her, remember that a beautiful face means nothing if you're not a beautiful person.
